Making mouth-watering little glasses with coffee yoghurt is very easy. In a bowl, mix the coffee yogurt with the icing sugar and vanilla seeds. Coarsely chop the dark chocolate and melt it in a double boiler or in the microwave. Break up the biscuits with your hands so that they easily enter the chosen glass. Dip them in the coffee and make a first layer.


Add some melted chocolate, yoghurt cream and unsweetened cocoa. Repeat the layers again, stopping at the yogurt.

Keep in the fridge until ready to serve. Sprinkle your mouth-watering cups with coffee yoghurt with unsweetened cocoa before serving.
