How to prepare pistachio heavenly cream
Whip the crème fraîche for a few minutes until it reaches a soft consistency (1).
Slowly add the condensed milk while continuing to whip the cream (2).
Once you reach a well-whipped consistency, add the pistachio cream (3).
Mix everything well from bottom to top, being careful not to remove the cream (4).
Add the chopped pistachios and mix again (5).
Serve the cream after standing for at least an hour in the refrigerator or at least half an hour in the freezer (6).
The cream should be cold from the fridge to assemble it in the best possible way: if you have little time keep it in the freezer for a few minutes before using it.
If you prefer, you can use the vegetable cream: however, make sure that it is not already sweet, otherwise the result will be too sweet and cloying.
