The watermelon granita it’s easy preparation and thirst quencher, a cool summer drink and dal grainy texture, very easy to do. How to prepare watermelon granita
Cut the watermelon pulp, remove all the seeds and cut it into cubes (1). Put the pieces of watermelon in the blender with the sugar and mix for a few seconds, until you obtain a liquid mixture (2). Pour everything into a single container or ice cube trays. Put in the freezer for 2-3 hours. If you are using only one container, stir every 30 minutes with a fork, so as not to freeze it. If, on the other hand, you are using the ice cube tray, put the cubes in the blender and blend for about 10 seconds, just before serving. Your watermelon granita is ready to be served with a mint leaf or as you wish. (3)
storage
You can keep the watermelon granita for one day in freezer. Before serving, leave it out of the freezer for at least 15 minutes or blend it.
