How to prepare: Yogurt and lime cake
To prepare the yogurt and lime cake, whisk the eggs with the sugar in a bowl, with the help of an electric whisk, until the mixture is frothy and homogeneous. Add the yogurt, juice and grated lime zest and mix well.
Finally add, little by little, the sifted flour and baking powder and mix. Pour the mixture into a mold of your taste and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° for about 50 minutes.
Once cooled, turn out the yogurt and lime cake on a serving dish and decorate with powdered sugar, fresh fruit to taste and lime zest.
